Since she opened the doors to her home in 2013 to run her first bread making workshops, Vicky North has been steadily building an inspirational cookery school for adults and children alike and has featured in the Guardian Cook, The Western Mail and BBC Radio Wales. From a loaf of wholesome, nutritious sourdough bread to the sophistication of the macaron, from the earthy tricks required to produce amazing food from a wood fired oven to specialist dinner party techniques taught by Chef Tom Holden, Vic North’s Classes has something for everyone.
At Vic North Cafe, high on the hill in Newport, Pembrokeshire we celebrate real food, cooking from scratch and bringing people together.
Our lunch menu offers a selection of main meals, carefully prepared in the kitchen using the best fresh and local ingredients – fish, meat, crisp vibrant veg. There are smaller plates available if you’re looking for something lighter, and children’s portions are available.
